This notice further applies to materials disseminated in identical, substantially similar, excerpted, reformatted, redacted, or otherwise transformed form, where protected expressive content is retained in whole or in part.
For purposes of authorship and ownership, all materials are works of Staring Down The Muzzle LLC™, created by its principal or by contributors acting pursuant to written agreements assigning all right, title, and interest to the LLC or qualifying the works as works made for hire to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any residual rights not captured by work-for-hire doctrine are assigned to the LLC by written instrument.
The materials are protected under Title 17 of the United States Code to the extent they constitute original expressive content, including textual expression, figures, graphics, and the protectable selection, coordination, and arrangement of expressive elements. No claim is made to exclusive rights over abstract ideas, facts, mathematical truths, or purely functional processes, except where expressive elements are separable and independently protectable under governing law.
Trauma Routing Architecture™ (TRA™) is used as a source identifier in connection with the publication, presentation, dissemination, and identification of the materials and related expressive works. Rights are asserted under applicable common-law trademark principles and 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) to prevent false designation of origin, misattribution, or confusing use in commerce. No claim is made that trademark law protects functional systems, tools, methods, or processes.
The designation Structural Pathology Licensing Authority is an internal provenance and authorship-control label identifying the originating source and governance of the expressive record. It does not denote governmental status, regulatory authority, credentialing power, or third-party licensing arrangements.
The materials are made available for governmental oversight, petition for redress of grievance, scholarly review, and public examination as permitted by law. No contractual relationship is created by access. No waiver of rights is implied.
Reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or derivative use of protected expressive content beyond uses permitted by law may implicate copyright or trademark principles. All rights, including the right to seek injunctive relief and statutory remedies where available, are reserved.
This notice documents authorship, source identification, and scope of protection. Governing law, jurisdiction, venue, evidentiary standards, and remedies are determined by applicable statute and controlling precedent.
